– 1 medium banana
– Frozen strawberries 1 cup
– ½ cup of water kefir or rejuvelac
– 2 tablespoons () shallow honey or coconut sugar
Beat the ingredients with mixer or blender and serve cold.
To add more protein, add 1 tablespoon (soup) of chia before processing.
